Our CPR & AED course equips participants with the essential skills to perform CPR and use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) for both adults and children. In this course, you’ll learn life-saving techniques such as proper chest compressions, rescue breaths, and how to assist in choking emergencies for both adults and pediatric patients. Participants will also gain hands-on experience using realistic mannikins to familiarize themselves with the steps and procedures necessary for real life success.

This course is designed for everyday people—no medical background required—and empowers you to act in emergencies with confidence. Knowing how to perform CPR and use an AED can dramatically increase someone's chance of survival in critical situations, whether at home, in the workplace, or in public spaces. It’s an invaluable skill that can make the difference between life and death when every second counts. This course meets the requirements for American Red Cross (ARC) and students can receive a certification upon request.
